Description
Remote work can present unique challenges for individuals with attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD). But managers can implement simple strategies to tailor remote work to the needs of employees with ADHD. The authors provide a primer on ADHD and, based on their research, share five evidence-backed ways to make virtual work practices more inclusive of neurodivergent team members.
