Shakira needs new clothes for school, but she and her mom never seem to agree on the same clothes.Fashion is always changing and people cannot seem to predict where it's headed.Sam and Jen may not be able to tell Shakira where fashion is going, but they can show her where it's been.In this program Sam, Jen and Shakira try out some of history's most outlandish fads such as platform shoes, hippy clogs, hoop skirts and powdered wigs. They take a look at the history of the Scottish kilt, the ever-popular blue jeans, and the progression of battle fatigues.
