This text is a collection of 25 papers written or inspired through the 2005-2006 Roma Diplomacy project of DiploFoundation, a non-profit development organization providing online education for diplomats and others involved in international relations. Focusing on the problems faced by the Roma people of Europe, the text includes statements by European level civil servants presented at a 2005 conference in Brussels, papers by academics working in the human and Roma rights fields, and research by Roma activists throughout Europe whose aim is to promote awareness of the Roma situation in various countries and regions.
