Río subterráneo

The theft of holy art lets loose a horde of demons in the beautiful city of Mérida. Teenage girls disappear, priests are murdered, cenotes dry up, disease targets the white population, shootings go unpunished, Mexican petroleum is stolen, drug trafficking becomes political, and government becomes the instrument of terrorism. Exuberant jungles, magnificent cities, snowywhite sand beaches, danger-filled caves and centuries-old ruins are the backdrop of the comings and goings of a cast of characters made up by hunters and their game, killers and their victimsall on a race against time to find the truth and solve the mystery.
