Description

The action is on the page, on your device, and out of this world! This multiplatform series is part sci-fi, all action-adventure. And you don’t have long to wait—six books are coming all in one year!    Earth is in danger! The only things that can save our planet are six essential elements scattered throughout the galaxy. And it is up to the Voyagers—a team of four kids and an alien—to gather them all and return to Earth.   It isn’t just the Voyagers out in space—they’ve got company in the form of Team Omega. Omegas have their own reasons for wanting the elements—and they’ll do anything to win. The third planet, Aqua-Gen, has unbelievable new challenges in store. Sea monsters, pirates . . . Both teams better know how to swim.   Do you have what it takes to be a Voyager? Find out at VoyagersHQ.com.

Booklist Review

This third book in the Voyagers series continues the exciting adventures of two crews of 12-year-old kids flying ships through outer space in a race to retrieve objects essential to Earth's survival. Both teams are competing to get the element Pollen Slither first, found on the planet Aqua Gen, without any of the planet's less-than-friendly inhabitants noticing. Coldly ambitious Omega Team leader Anna isn't willing to come in second again, so she deliberately alerts the AquaGens to Team Alpha's presence the minute they reach the planet. Alpha leader Dash and his crew are captured and forced to fight fierce sea creatures and bloodthirsty pirates. They have also lost contact with team member Piper, who has disappeared beneath the treacherous waters of Aqua Gen in a submarine. This is an interactive reading experience: codes are included for kids to crack online as they read along. Readers looking for excitement and humor will find it here in this enjoyable entry in a projected six-book series.--Rawlins, Sharon Copyright 2016 Booklist
