Bedtime is canceled

When a sister and brother decide that they don't like to go to bed at night because it interrupts their playing, together they come up with a plan to eliminate bedtime. They concoct a note that said "Bedtime is cancelled!" Presenting it to their parents, who don't go for it, the note goes in the trash, but through a series of highly unlikely events, it ends up on a newspaper reporter's desk and then onto the newspaper's front page. Children everywhere rejoice, and everyone believes it. (If it's in print, it must be true). What is life like with sleep deprived adults and children? Something needs to change!
