Once upon a time a cat and a dog and a mouse and a little red hen all lived together in a cozy little house. The litte red hen did all the house work while the others slept all day. One day she finds some wheat and keeps asking for help to plant it, but all refused. The little red hen does all the planting, tending, harvesting and everything to make flour in which she eventually bakes a cake. When she then asks who will eat the cake, she gets three willing volunteers, but the little red hen decides that since she did all the work, she should be the one to eat it. The others learned a lesson that in order to eat, they too needed to work. After that they all lived together each doing their share of work.
