Description
ANIMAL STORIES (CHILDREN'S / TEENAGE). After a long winter's hibernation, Brunothe marmot wakes up to discover the most beautiful dandelion outside his burrow. The two quickly become friends and when the dandelion asks Brunoto help her, he has to trust her that everything will be fine. So, as she asks, he blows her seeds away into the wind, only to find that he's left without a friend anymore. He's sad at the loss of his dandelion, but after another winter's sleep, he wakes to find a wonderful surprise. This is an endearing book that shows the power of a promise. Ages 5+
