Description
Alexandria County was formed in 1789 from Fairfax County. In 1801 the county became part of District of Columbia. The area was returned to Virginia in 1846. In 1920 the county's name was changed to Arlington County.
Description
A bond is a legal document wherein a person commits himself, his heirs, executors and administrators to pay a required amount of money to another if certain duties are not performed.
