Organization & arrangement of materials
PG 150 is arranged alphabetically in series by the name of the project and includes the following information as available: site plan number, location, developer/builder names, letters of transmittal, image list, and other pertinent papers. The arrangment follows the order in which the pictures were received, and is in chronological order, if so marked. Scattered background correspondence, as metioned above, from 1985-1990 is included at the head of the arrangement.
Restrictions on Access
There are no research restrictions.
Description
PG 150 contains images taken by developers as a condition of site plan approval by the Zoning Office in the Department of Community Planning, Housing, and Development. These pictures are intended to document each phase of a project: predemolition, site clearance, construction, and completion. County administrative regulations were amended in 1986 to include this photographic requirement. Some county correspondence is included in the collection as background.
Cumulative Index/Finding Aids
Finding aid is available in the library.
