The photographs housed in PG 900 are images taken by Eleanor Templeman as part of her research for four publications: Virginia Heritage, Arlington Heritage, Virginia Homes of the Lees and Virginia Heritage Address Book.

Mrs. Eleanor Lee Templeman, 1907-1990, was born in Washington, D.C. and has roots in Arlington and Virginia through the Lee family. She moved to Arlington in 1935 and lived in Arlington until her death in 1990. She was writer, historian, photographer, and artist.
