Description
Continuation of " Community Development Together, a symposium on Arlington's community and development." Topics discussed include land prices and lack of office space in Washington, D.C. Developing Arlington and offering it as an alternative to leasing office space in Washington, D.C. is proposed. An emphasis on mixed-use projects and spaces is stressed. Both speakers discuss the importance of striking a balance bewteen urban and suburban spaces. The second half of the video has an audience Q&A.
