Description
Lori Shepherd volunteers at the Radcliffe Infirmary and meets Elizabeth Beacham, a kind retired legal secretary with no family except a brother who has mysteriously disappeared. Lori and Miss Beacham become friends, but after a few visits, Miss Beacham passes away. Lori receives an envelope containing a set of keys and a letter from Miss Beacham, and it becomes clear that there was more to the gentle invalid than met the eye.
