Description
Emily, the Cape Light mayor, receives an unexpected and precious Christmas gift: a baby girl is left outside the church with a note begging the discoverer to take care of her. Emily wants badly to adopt the baby, but her husband has "been there, done that" and doesn't want to revisit those days.
