Stone and his former cop partner, Dino are enjoying some pasta at their favorite restaurant when Herbie Fisher, a former client, walks in with a briefcase filled with $14 million in cash. He claims to have won the money in a lottery game. Suddenly, a single shot comes smashing through the window above his head. They suspect Herbie may have left out a few details about the money, and he may need a P.I. and a detective.
