Organization & arrangement of materials
PG 223 has three subgroups, each with two series. Subgroup 1: Photographs are photographs of people, identified by newspaper staff. Subgroup 2: News Files contains image request forms and logs, and images in various formats for copies of the Gazette Packet from 2001 to 2003. Subgroup 3: Storage Media are floppy disks and CDs with images and articles saved on them.

Description
PG 223 is material taken from the Alexandria Gazette Packet photograph morgue. Documents and images relating to Arlington County were removed from the morgue and given to the Community Archives. The collection covers people and news stories in mainly Arlington, but also touches on Alexandria and Fairfax County. The bulk of the material dates 2001-2003.
