Various personal papers generated by Edmund C. Fleet or organizations that he belonged to are housed in RG 11. Fleet was prominent in Arlington's Black community and his activity in many of it's earliest organizations and churches is reflected here. The collection contains scattered records of Mount Zion Baptist Church, Arlington County Civic Federation, Odd Fellows Stevens Lodge, and others.

RG 123 contains information relating to Rock Spring Congregational Church. The textual materials are administrative records and newsletters, and deal mostly with the Church's involvement with the Arlington Council on Human Relations and the Church's week-to-week activity. The negatives and slides show images of the church building, church members, and scenes from around the Washington, DC, area.
