When the evil Mrs. Stricker threatens to send Junior, Rafe Khatchadorian's dog, back to the pound, Junior and Rafe go to obedience school to learn how to follow the rules.

Buzz is a very good boy, who lives in a fancy house, eats well, and has equally well-behaved (boring) friends--but sometimes he would really like to break free, run fast, dig holes, and play with the other dogs.

Roy is a West Highland terrier who loves to dig in the dirt and mud; sometimes he buries things, and sometimes he finds things, but mostly he just likes to dig--even though he does not like the bath that may follow the digging.

When mischievous mutt, Junior, causes a Turkey Day disaster, getting out of the doghouse will take a Christmas miracle!

"All of the doggy day care friends are excited about the holidays! King, Cleo, and Napoleon can't wait for their eight nights of Hanukkah prezzies, and Hugo, Waffles, and Lulu are ready for cozy Christmases at home. But then surprise visitors interrupt Lulu's shooting schedule, Cleo struggles at an agility contest, and Hugo learns that Waffles, his new puppy sister, is expecting someone called Santadoodle to bring them all presents on Christmas morning....

Nanny Paws looks after Ally and Mae the only way she knows how, as a dog would. There's nothing she wouldn't do for her girls. She feeds them a hearty breakfast (cookies are best), picks up their toys (teddy bears fit nicely in freshly dug holes), and even walks them to school (running them there is fun too). But one Tuesday, Ally and Mae come home sick, and it's up to Nanny Paws to take care of them,in her own special way.
