The subject photograph file houses a diverse collection of photographs reflecting a wide variety of subjects. The photographs have come to the Virginia Room from many sources. Because no single subject is represented by a large quantity of images, the images have been compiled into this single collection. Almost all of the photographs represent Arlington subjects, including people, places, and events.
