Pigeon (Picture books)

When the bus driver decides to take a break from driving, a wild and wacky pigeon pleads and begs to take his place, capturing the antics of a preschooler's temper tantrum.

Needing to brush his teeth, a bus driver asks the reader to make sure that the pigeon goes to bed on time--but the bird has many excuses about why it should stay awake.

Pigeon is very angry when the duckling gets a cookie just by asking politely while his requests, which may be a bit unusual, go unanswered. Ducking on the other hand seems to not only be polite but unselfish...maybe!

The pigeon must go to school, but frets about math, learning the alphabet, heavy backpacks, and what the teacher and other birds will think of him.

The pigeon really, really wants to drive Santa's sleigh, but reconsiders once he learns how it flies.
